Chancerygate has added Birch Business Park to its logistics portfolio.
The investment manager purchased the multi-let industrial estate in Heywood from vendor Yeargate, for around £60m. The park spans 410,000 sq ft and comprises 16 facilities, according to Place North West.
Simon Cowley, head of investment management at Chancerygate, said: “This represents a strategic acquisition of an excellent asset to grow our portfolio within the resilient North West market.
“The site’s location at the heart of the Northern Gateway and proximity to key infrastructure links make it attractive to a range of occupiers serving the region and beyond.”
