Redsun Projects has let Phase I Croft Trade Park to Medequip on a new 10 year lease at a headline rent of £175,000 (£11.75 per sq ft) to Medequip, who have relocated to the new speculatively built scheme which extends to 14,852 sq ft from another Bromborough location, reinforcing commitment to the local area.
The company joins Lok’nStore (Trading as Shurgard), which acquired a 24,000 sq ft industrial unit for its self-storage operation, Starbucks café and Wendy’s fast-food restaurant provide additional on-site amenities.
Our associate director Alex Perratt, who acts jointly for the scheme with Legat Owen, commented: “To have successfully let phase one is testament to the high-quality product which Redsun has created here. Whilst the scheme was designed as a trade counter development it is a great result to see Phase I let as a whole, given the lack of Grade A availability in the local area.
“This letting has also paved the way for Phase II with construction on site which extends to 27,306 sq ft across 6 units. This phase will be available from Q4 2025 and hope that will attract more premium businesses to the area.”
The design and project team includes Fletcher Rae, Langton Development Services, Link Engineering and KGA.
