Frontier Park Burnley Welcomes Second Occupier

Acting on behalf of developer, Monte Blackburn, we are pleased to announce a new tenant at Frontier Park, Burnley.

Following the 157,740 sq ft letting to Stolle Machinery of FP2, Monte Blackburn has signed up new tenant Bedgequo to FP5.

Headquartered in West Yorkshire, Badgequo designs produce and distributes high quality cosmetics and toiletries to major retailers across the UK and Europe.

Frontier Park, Burnley is a 540,000 sq ft speculative industrial/logistics development providing 5 units between 39,000 – 158,500 sq. ft. directly accessed from Junction 9 of the M65 motorway.

Our director Steve Johnson, said:

‘’Monte’s commitment to build the scheme speculatively has been rewarded with both lettings being secured before completion. Interest is being shown in the remaining units from both local and regional occupiers highlighting the quality of the specification and location.’

“Frontier Park Burnley will reach practical completion in December this year but FP3 will be ready in July creating 157K sq ft and 39K sq ft immediately ready for occupation in a market starved of well located, BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rated modern units.  With a healthy enquiry schedule, we are targeting a fully let scheme by Christmas.”

Barnfield Construction is the main contractor for the site and is well underway with the final two units.  FP3, which is approximately 158,000 sq. ft. will be completed in the summer and FP4 which is approximately 93,800 sq. ft. will be completed towards the end of the year.
