B8RE Completes Acquisition of Prime Investment Site
B8RE acting on behalf of a Private Client have purchased a prime 3-acre site in Salford, let to Premier Cement.
The site is let on a long lease providing secure index linked income and is prominently situated fronting Manchester Ship Canal and next to the M602.
