B8RE wins Industrial Agency Team of the Year

B8 Real Estate has been named as Industrial Agency Team of Year at the 2023 North West Property Awards by judges who praised the agency for delivering ‘seismic bang for buck’.

B8RE was selected from a shortlist of seven for the award, which was sponsored by Harworth Group plc. The North West Property Awards winners were announced at the annual dinner which was held at Manchester Central and compered by Jon Culshaw.

This year’s event marks the silver anniversary of the awards, which celebrate the key deals and developments in the region from the past year and the people making them happen.

In its report, Insider said: “Described by the judges as delivering ‘seismic bang for buck’; B8 Real Estate is a specialist with ‘phenomenal’ volume. B8 closed 163 transactions in 2022, totalling almost five million sq ft.”
