

Acting on behalf of an institutional investor, B8RE have successfully concluded the sale of Astmoor Industrial Estate, a 67,149 sq ft industrial investment situated in Runcorn.
The Estate comprises 12 purpose-built industrial units with an average passing rent of £4.83 psf, and offering the opportunity for ongoing asset management.
The Estate was sold to Sandyford Properties following an extensive marketing campaign, which concluded with a competitive bidding process.
John Burrows, Investment Director at B8 Real Estate commented ‘the sale represents a successful exit for our client, who have proactively refurbished units and driven on rental tone throughout their ownership. The level of interest generated by this sale further demonstrates continued investor demand for purpose built MLI opportunities in core locations.
