- The 3 units combined required an extensive refurbishment and the decision needed to be made on whether to split them back into 3 separate units or retain as a single unit.
- After providing market analysis on supply/demand for circa. 50k sq. ft. B8RE advised it was best to let as a whole, factoring rise build costs but also limited supply in the area for buildings of this size.
- Despite some building limitations such as relatively low in height (approx. 4.5M eaves height) we completed a letting to SDS Investments in August 2022 at the quoting rent of £5.50 per sq. ft.
