• Mersey Reach – which was named as Development of the Year for Insider’s Liverpool City Region - was acquired by real estate private equity firm Northwood Investors in 2020 from original developer Chancerygate.
• Phase one consists of four units totaling 112,500 sq ft, with other occupiers consisting of precision blade manufacturer Hardy UK, Selco Builders Warehouse, Skinny Drinks and CNC Robotics’. The most recent letting to CNC in September 2021 represented a new headline rent for the Liverpool area.
• Works have now completed on phase two which will consist of 12 new units totaling 102,000 sq ft. and will range in size from 4,000 to 30,000 sq ft. Interest has been strong following PC and we are now looking to achieve a new record headline rent of £9.50 per sq. ft. per annum.
