- B8RE were instructed on a joint agency basis to reduce the void that totaled 78,000 sq. ft. across 9 units back in July 2017 for Legal & General fund, IPIF.
- Upon advising on the refurbishment works to the largest units on the multi let estate – Unit B1-3 we managed let them in quick timescales setting new headline rents on both.
- Following the IPIF portfolio sale, which included subject estate we have continued the success on behalf of our new client Eskmuir Securities and are now achieving rents more than £6.50 per sq. ft.
- Most recently – Unit E1 (6,208 sq. ft.) was let to William Fox Drinks Co Ltd on a new 10-year lease at £6.50 per sq. ft.
