We implemented a full marketing campaign on the scheme and were able to secure sales on all the units prior to practical completion to both owner occupiers and investors including Regal Wholesale, Symlie Exports, Renewable Solutions, Bibby Engineering and District Estates.
From the initial sales on Phase to the last sales on Phase 2, we were able to increase capital values by 35%.
