Having been brought on as letting agents B8 Real Estate secured the first D&B interest resulting in a 62,000 sq ft letting to Compagnie Fruitiere on a 20 year straight lease.
In addition to promoting the balance of the site for design and build, we have provided advice to the developer/fund on the potential market for speculative development.
This resulted in an application for detailed planning consent and subsequent construction of a single high bay warehouse, extending to 110,000 sq ft providing potential expansion by a further 70,000 sq ft.
