Acting on behalf of Stenprop, B8 Real Estate have secured a number of lettings at Globe Park in Rochdale.
The multi-let estate, which is close to junction 20 and 21 of the M62 motorway comprises 38,000 sq ft of industrial / warehouse accommodation across 17 units.
Stenprop acquired the estate at the beginning of 2018 with a 36% vacancy rate. As of June 2019, the estate is at full occupancy further to the recent lettings with a new rental tone upwards of £5.00 per sq ft.
Occupiers on the estate now include engineering firm JSD rail and kitchen manufacturer Thomas Ford & Sons.
