B8RE Advise Travis Perkins on Acquisitions in Merseyside

B8RE has recently acquired over 48,000 sq ft over 3 separate deals in the Merseyside area acting on behalf of various branches of the Travis Perkins Group of companies.

This includes the acquisition of a new purpose built 30,000 sq ft facility for CCF Ltd at Canada Dock, a new build development by Redsun located north of Liverpool city centre fronting Derby Road.

In addition, B8RE also advised Travis Perkins on the relocation to a new 12,000 sq ft purpose built depot at Redsun’s Turbine Business Park development in Birkenhead as well as the acquisition of a 5,500 sq ft trade counter unit at Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park for Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery.

Expanding Agency Team at B8RE

Thomas MarriottB8 Real Estate is pleased to announce another addition to the ever-expanding agency team. Thomas Marriott, worked for the company on his placement year-out re-joined the firm this summer following his graduation from Nottingham Trent University.

Brackley Property Developments Acquires Prime Development Site at Omega

Oxfordshire based developer, Brackley Property Developments, have acquired a 4.67 acre development site on the Omega North site adjacent to the entrance to Travis Perkins.  The site is going to be promoted for design and build industrial/distribution to accommodate units from 50,000 sq ft to a maximum single unit of 92,000 sq ft.

The site is the last plot on the northern side of Omega which is currently the home to high profile occupiers Travis Perkins, Hermes and Brakes.  The adjoining Omega South is home to Asda, The Hut Group, Plastics Omnium.
